At the beginning of World War II, Ferruccio was drafted into the Italian Air Force where he was stationed on the Island of Rhodes, where he worked in the transport section of the island. He was a mechanic and fixed all the vehicles that broke down. -
Prisoner of War
Ferruccio was captured by the British army. They put him to work as a mechanic also. -
After the War
After the war over, Ferruccio was released and was sent home saftely from the British. When he got home he started a small repair shop. -
The tractor repair business
After the war, he started to fix tractors for the local farmers using salavage parts from old military vehicles. -
Mille Miglia
When Ferruccio was doing tractor repairs, he also tuned his own cars. He tuned his Fiat Topilino and entered it in the Mille Migila. Awhile after the race however, he crashed his car into the side of a restraunt. -
Lamborghini's tractor factory was started
Ferruccio made enough money from his small tractor business that he was able to start mass producing his own tractors in his factory. -
Ferruccio expands his business
After his very successful tractor business, he opened a new factory to produce air condioning, and heater units. -
Ferruccio and Enzo
Ferruccio went out and bought a ferrari coupe from Enzo Ferrari, the CEO of Ferrari, but later encountered troubles with its clutch. When ferruccio went to argue with Enzo, Enzo blew him off. Later though Ferruccio found out that the clutch in his tractors was the same with the ones in his ferrari -
The car factory was made
In 1963, Ferruccio started his car factory. He was producing the greatest GT cars of his time. starting with the 350 GT -
The Lamborghini Miura was born
Ferruccio annouced this car at the Turin Autoshow in 1965 where he showed only what the body looked like. In 1966 however, the entire car was shown and was up to be bought. The car was a complete success, and Ferruccios personal favorite. -
The Lamborghini Countach
The Lamborghini Countach was an absolute show stopper. It had a beautiful body with suede interior, and also the Lamborghini signature scizzor doors. It was the most advanced car at its time. -
Disaster struck
The Lamborghini tractor business had a massive setback, when a massive order of tractors were canceled. The company lost a lot of money over it. Ferruccio ended up selling his factory to Fiat. -
retired
Ferrucci retired and sold most of his companys and bought a very large estate and settled down with his wife. -
Bankruptcy
Lamborghini Automobili declared bankruptcy and was sold to the Mimran brothers. -
Time of Chysler
After the company was bought, and saved by the Mimran brothers, they sold the company to Chysler. This was a big surprise to everyone. After Chysler bought the company they started developing the successor to the Countach - the Diablo. The Diablo was a great success and the company was doing really good again. -
Death

Time of Audi
even after the very successful Diablo, Chrysler fell upon hard times, and they ended up selling to a an Indonesian investment group. Unfortunatly for them, they also went through hardships, and they sold the company once more before they could come up with a successer of the Diablo. Audi bought the company from the Indonesian group. After that, Audi came up with the design for the new Lamborghini Murcielago.
