We meet the mane charater Greg Heffley he is kind of a greedy, and lazy. We also meet his beast friend Rowley. Rowley is kind of a skardy cat, he likes to obey rules. No kids are the same one can be brave the other can be a skardy cat. -
homework
Greg needs help on his homework. so he go's to this after school program. In the program he finds this kid named frew. This kids out to be doing great at school, and knows alot. So Greg has him do al of his homework. -
lemonade stand
summer comes for Greg and he disids he needs more money. So him and his friend Rowley desid to have a lemonade stand. But at frist they don't know how to make lemonade so they ask Greg's dad, and he tells them all they need to know. -
no more Technology
Greg's mom does not like Technology so she wants to have a day with no Technology. But Greg doesn't like this. So he tries to stop it. But he really can't. Because his mom aleady has signicherson her putushen she started. So he had to be in it.
But he is mustly ocupid by cleaning up the park. I can relate to thsi because my parents do not like me and my playstasion. -
cleaning up the park
Greg can't take it anymore. so he trys to run away from the park. He gets away until he finds out someone was fowling him. It truns out to be one of his freinds Frew. -

Greg and his mom want to claen up the park. All is going well until more people from his nebrhood show up. Everybody gets in the way until kids from the girl sctouts show up. They get everything in order. But it truns out that Greg can't take it. -
messing up
Greg has A dad that really dose not like him messing up. One day Greg askedentely droped the toothapaste cap down the drane. And he tryed to get it out. But broke the sink. So he askes his granmpa to drive him to the hardwere store. But his grampa has not dove in owil and he is not go at it. they end up stuck and out of gas. So his grampa gos to get more gas. We all mess up at some point. -
crashing the car
So wall his grampa is going to get gas Greg has to stay at the car. Greg avenchuly falls asleep. As he is waking up he askedentily hits the gere shifter. The car sent flying down a mount. To provent his dad from get mad Greg go's to summer camp. He go's to hardscrable farms. Wene he gets there he learns of a person named Silas Scratch. -
getting to the camp
When Greg got to the camp he learned are a lot of rules at this camp. Like jumke food is not allowed. And that you have to fend for yourself. So will he is in camp he laerns of the food Situation.That at the end of every meal you have to put all the food tht you did not eat in this pot where they use the food for the staw. But dispite the food there being bad he dosnot want to go home to fase his mad dad. I like this part of the book because i had to go to cub scout cap and I haded it. -
silas scratch
wall at camp Greg he lerans about this guy called silas scratch. bacicly he is a guy that had a farm. And the city kited him out. And he has ived in the woods ever sins. The hole camp got so scared. But Greg sone finds out that his dad was the one how made up the mith. I think is a good thing in the story because my dad lied to me once and i wasreally mad. -
the lie
Greg's dad lied to him because the bathrooms in the camp were bad. So when he was a kid he went to the same camp as Greg. So when he was there he went into the woods one day and found a pretty nice bathroom in a warh house. So he made up the story of silas scratch so he could keep the bathroom all to himself. I thought that was kind of selfisf of him. -
About the book
I liked this book because It is intresting. I like because its funny, cool and I can relat to it a lot. Eseshely the part were Gregs mom does not like techonege. The book was really fun to read. I really liked. I would recimend this book to anyone.
