Cesar and his fellow workers officially founded the union. It was called La Causa and they fought for fair wages and better working conditions. -

The grower gave in and they had the first contract. This because the worker can get their civil right -

After he helped the grape grower had the better wages and good condition, many of the other grower still did not had their civil right. So Cesar helped the other farm without violence -
