Bartholomew attended Cambridge University before he got married and transferred to bury state. -
in 1602, Bartholomew helped rebuild a ship called the Concord, Bartholomew ended up commanding the ship. -
In 1603 Bart landed his ship on the lower coast in Maine, then sailed lower to a place he called Cape Cod. -
in 1606 Batholomew was really pushing to going back and colonizing America, well finally King James granted colonizing in Virginia. Bartholomew was granted vice-admiral, three ships set sail for America.

In April the three ships landed in Cape Henry in 1607, he was a member of the resident council. he didn't want to colonize Jamestown Island but he got overruled. -
Where Bartholomew was living there was a Malaria Epidemic and Bart sadly got and what do you know he died in Jamestown, Virginia.
