Scrooge had a flashback of Fezziwig's Party and it reminded Scrooge of how the Spirit of Christmas and how everybody was enjoying each other. Reminded him of how he acted as a boss.

Scrooge was confused and unsure why the Spirit was showing him these conversations when the whole time the meaning of those conversations was that Scrooge was dead.

Scrooge gets personal when the Spirit shows him Tiny Tim is sick and is going to die. Scrooge gets emotional and his heart starts shifting and grief shadows over him.

Scrooge Changes
Scrooge brightens and softens up by what his actions are, Scrooge, ends up going to church and buying a turkey for his nephew. Scrooge is expressing his feelings and his passion for Christmas by going to church and visiting his nephew's party. Scrooge is willing to help and care for others.

Scrooge Shows His Care
Scrooge shows his care for Bob Cratchit by giving Bob a pay raise and gets him a furnace stove for coal. Scrooge changes the way he feels about others and is grateful for a second chance at his life.
