    Christianity was introduced to North America as it was colonized by Europeans beginning in the 16th and 17th centuries.

    Judaism: King David

    Around 1000 B.C., King David ruled the Jewish people. His son Solomon built the first holy Temple in Jerusalem, which became the central place of worship for the Jews.

    Through the Muslim conquest of Persia, in the 7th century, Islam spread as far as the North Caucasus.
