King aeolus gives Odysseus a bag of winds that will blow him back to Ithaca, and a bag of bad wind that will blow him back to King Aeolus. While he is sleeping his crew opens the bad bag of winds thinking it was gold, sending them back to the island. -

He encounters some man eating giants, and lands on Circe's island and turns his crew into pigs. -

Sirens, Scylla, Charybolis
He plugs his men's ears' with beeswax while he straps himself to a pole to hear the sirens song and then he encounters Scylla the 6 headed monster that kills some of his men and then Charybolis. -
Helios, Helios's Cattle, and Zeus
He was warned not to eat Helios's cattle. But his men go ahead and eat them. Helios is upset and Zeus strikes his boat with a lightning bolt. -
Calypso
The beautiful goddess Calypso, imprisons Odysseus on her island for 7 years -
