The Puritans

  • Disintegration of the Plymouth Colony

Was it William Bradford's fault for the religious disintegration of the colony? Since Bradford was elected over thirty times to be governor, he must have fulfilled his job title. But his colony most likely disintegrated because of lack of interest from people over time. As religious as Bradford was, he probably didn't loose the people because he didn't promote God, but instead, he lost them because he didn't promote God in a variety of ways that pleased the people, or kept their attention.
