    Introduction:
    Project management is the art of using human and machine resources to solve problems which are used to complete a set of objectives. These can also include delivering benefits in a strict time period.

  • UNIT 9: Project management

    In unit 9 project management you investigate principles of project management and methods used in the IT industry. I will deliver one project management methodology which will also complete the 5 main stages of a project. This starts off with researching a problem and using my creative skills to find lots of different solutions, I will have to undertake planning, execution, monitoring and control.

    1. I will investigate principles and methodologies of IT project management used in industry.
    2. I will carry out a project initiation for my own IT project.
    3. i will plan monitor and control my own IT project using an appropriate method.
    4. I will undertake the closure of my project by reflecting on the success of my personal performance and the outcome of my project.
