In November 1946, Ted Bundy was born. -
First assault
Late one evening, Bundy sexually assaulted and beat an 18 year old dancer in her apartment. -
Second assault, first murder
Ted struck again at the same Washington University and this time murdered and stored the new female victims body. -
Second murder
Ted kidnapped and murdered a 19 year old woman at Evergreen State College. -
Third murder
He struck again and murdered another female student at Central Washington State College by luring her to his VW beetle. -
Unfound Victim
This victim was never found however was abducted and killed by Bundy near her Oregon State University. -
Double murder
Ted murdered two women coming home from an event at their Washington University campus. He was said to have lured them with his cast and VW Beetle again, this would prove to be his main luring task. -
A change of venue
Ted changed his location of crime from college campuses to the park. Twice duing one day he lured and murdered two girls taking a nice mid - summer stroll. He was again said to have lured them away with his VW Beetle. -
Change of state, change of technique
Ted moved to Salt Lake City, Utah and continued his spree of murder. He instead tried to lure girls by dressing as a police officer and instead of college students he strayed away from those types of people. -
More murder...
Ted murdered three more young women in his new location. -
Luck running low
Twice Ted could not successfully lure women and his technique was proving to be a bad choice. -

New location, new MO, same scene
After changing venues again, he continued on his spree killing four more women. -
Finally stopped
Ted was arrested for failure to stop for police, the police searched the Beetle and found burglary and other killing tools. -
Convicted
He was convicted of kidnapping after a one week trial and sentanced to 15 years in jail. -
Escape
He escaped prison, but he was caught six days later and returned to jail...for now. Seven months later he escaped again. -

Florida Rampage
During the span of this time, he brutally attacked six other women. Most died; but two survived, although beaten and battered greatly. -
Caught for good
Bundy was caught for good now after police found him in a stolen VW Beetle. He soon confessed to killing 35 women. He was sentenced to death. -
Finished for good
Ted Bundy was executed on this day after numerous failure in the appealate courts.
