This event was when Germany attacked Britain through the air. This was important because it was the first battle that was fought soley in the air. -

This was the code name for when the Germans invaded the Soviet Union. This is important because this is the largest invasion in the history of warfare. -

This event was an attack by the Japanese attacked the American naval base in Pearl Harbor. This is important because it was what brought the USA into the war. -
