Thomas Arrives
Thomas arrives in the Glade, a new kid. Just like every other new kid that had arrived earlier in the Glade. -
Thomas' Job Search
Thomas tries out all of the jobs to see which one he would be best fit for. He really likes the running job but is told that is only for specifically qualified members. -
Thomas Enters the Maze
Although he didn't know it, Thomas broke the number one rule in the camp. He entered the Maze. He saw Alby and Minho needed help so he jumped in to save them right before the walls closed. -
Night at the Maze
Thomas becomes the first person to ever survive a night in the Maze. He saves Alby and Minho who were also trapped in there overnight. -
Thomas' Fate is Decided
The Glade leaders come together to decide what to do with Thomas after he broke the rules but also saved them. -
Alby Goes Crazy
Alby, after being bitten by the Griever, is in the Infirmary and goes crazy, thrashing about violently. -
Gally Tries to Kill Thomas
Gally, after having visions of the past, tries to kill Thomas. He claims to have seen Thomas do evil things in his dreams. -
Gally is Punished
Gally is sent to prison for his actions. Then he is banished into the maze for a night. -
Thomas' fate is Decided
Thomas is also sent to prison for a day, but was also told that he will be a runner which excites him. -
A Girl?
The first girl ever arrives in the Glade. The other members dont know what to think of this or how to react. -
Thomas makes a Discovery
Thomas discovers that him and Teresa, the first girl, can communicate telepathically. They decide not to tell the others. -
Teresa is Sent to Jail
Teresa, the first girl, is sent to prison simply becasue they don't trust her. This upsets her but she is understanding so co-operates. -
The Change
The Maze walls stay open for a night, the first time it has ever happened. The Gladers discover that one person will die every night until they escape. -
Alby's Sacrifice
Alby sacrifices himself to try and save the Gladers during their escape plan. He fails however, when the grievers continue to kill everybody. -
The Escape
Thomas leads the escape charge to get out of the Maze they've been stuck in for years. They make it out, but not after many deaths and injuires
