His voice is cracking and his record label was almost terminated because of this, He attempted other solutions in order to remain relevant whilst his voice was under strain. He attempted acting in movies. Adolescence: Dropping Little in Stevie Wonder
Stevie Wonder drops the "Little" in front of his name that people would associate with him. Feeling as though he grew out of it. He also at this point began writing songs for himself. This is another example of Identity vs Identity confusion. Stevie Wonder at this time keeps taking on an influx of responsibilites and removing labels as an effort to characterize and identify himself. -

Stevie wonder Marries Syreeta Wright; a former secretary and songwriter that worked at the same labeling company. Him marrying Syreeta is an example of forming an intimate relationship, which correlates with sociodevolopment and more specifically; Intimacy versus Isolation. -
Adulthood: Campaigning for Martin Luther King Day
Stevie Wonder composes his song "Happy Birthday" as a way to push his goal of making Martin Luther King Day a national holiday. This is an example of a Sociodevolopmental need to make a lasting impression and give to the younger generation; Generativity vs Stagnation/ -
Late Adulthood: Performing with his Daughter
Stevie Wonder Makes a speech at the LA Forum detailing the love and speech he has for his family before performing one of his most popular songs "Isn't she lovely" which is based upon honoring his first Child:Aisha Morris and her birth.
