    After Ooka had accepted the job as judge, he soon found out that there was a feud between the Yamada and Kishnu farmers about the boundaries of their farms. Ooka knew that the Yamada had the just amount of land, but he was also not a fool. So he knew not to mess with Yoshimune, the lord of the Kishnu. He finally decided to split the land in half between the Yamadas and Kishnus. Yoshimune was impressed by the "rookie's" decision and favored him, now.
