My childhood. -

Kindergarten(1922-1923)
When he was six years old, he went to kindergarten called Elmtree House with his two sister, Mrs Corfield and Miss Turcker. -
Preparatory school (1923-1925)
When he was seven he went to Llandaff Cathedral School. -
Dead mouse
when he was in the school, he found dead mouse.
when he and his friend´s went to the sweet shop, he decided to put the mouse into the candy jar -
Punishment for a mischief
Mrs Pratchett accused him and his friends in school with the headmaster and hit them with the cane. -
Roald visited the doctor
Roald and his mother visited the doctor and he cut out adenoids without anesthesia. -
Holiday in Norway.
In the summer they went to Norway. -
Boarding-school (1923-1929)
When he was just nine, he went to St Peter´s. -
Writing home
All sunday morning everyone had an hour to write a letter home, it was checked by the headmaster. -
The Matron
in the dormitory, the Matron had the power supreme. -
Homesickness
He pretended was homesick because wanted go his home and the doctor gave him three days to stay in his home. -
Christmas at home.
He went to home for the Christmas day and traveled in a new motor-car handled for his sister crashed and roald cut his nose. -
His ancient half-sister
His family made a joke to husband of his half-sister and in the pipe they put goat's tabaco. -
Captain Hardcastle
Roald had to write an essay and he broke his nib so he borrowed a nib to Dobson but Hardcastle caught him and he accused for trying to cheat and for lying. -

Public School (1929-1936)
When he was twelve, he went to Repton. -
The headmaster
His headmaster became Bishop of London, and then Archbishop of Cantebury, who later even crowned the Queen. -
Games
Roald was Captain of Fives and Captain of Square-racquets. -

Goodbye school
Roald got into Shell Company when he was exactly eighteen. -
