    In June 1918 he was assigned to a Camp Sheridan near Montgomery, Alabama. Where he met Zelda his future wife.

    He officially commenced his career as a writer for the circulation magazines around the end of 1919.

    He quiet his job at 1919 and started rewriting “This side of paradise” which follows the life of Amory Blaine.

    Zelda got pregnant with their only child Francis Scott in 1920. They returned to St.Paul for her birth.

    In April of 1937 his wife suffered her first breakdown where she had to be treated at Prague’s clinic till September 1931.
