John Tyndall's Contributions to The Philosophy Of Science
John Tyndall was a very prestigious man in his time and in our time his methods still remain. He was an established Natural Philosopher in physics, and also was an elected fellow in the Royal Society. Among his other accomplishments were his books to help the normal people better understand the sciences and philosophies of the sciences so that they could better grasp the scientific world. -

(who) John Tyndall studied and taught Natural Philosophy, he also studied physics and Chemistry. Among his many accomplishments his best in my opinion are his promotions and publications to the general public to learn more about the scientific community. In 1850 he started his first first substantial period of research into the phenomenon of diamagnetism. -

John Tyndall worked on Magnetism and diamagnetic polarity from 1850-1856. While studying these and publishing books he became famous, so famous that he was awarded the title Professor of Natural Philosophy.Tyndall was also elected a fellow of the royal society. -
John Tyndalls Main work
In the late 1850's John Tyndall discovered the action of radiant energy on the constituents of air. Besides this discovery which he is best know for he has discovered many other facets used in science to include topics in Infrared radiation, The Tyndall effect, thermophoresis, and he also was first to prove the greenhouse effect. He was a first for many theories and also was either a first or an aid in further proving other theories not his own. -
