    2.Involved in the French Wars of Religion.
    3.Henry IV's popularity continued when the first edition of his biography came out.
    I would give him an A because people loved him and had a statue of him rebuilt in 1818.

    1.Became king of France and Navarre at age 9
    2.He ruled with much guidance and support from his closest advisers
    3. Great challenges was managing the country's continuing religious discord
    4.Declared war on spain and won
    I would give Luis a B+ , because of the victory against Spain!

    1.Made France a great power and expanded its borders
    2.Court at Versailles that became the power center of Europe.
    3.biggest failure was bankrupting the French treasury
    I would give him a C because he was responsible of bankrupting the French treasury.

    1.His strong loyalty and affection for his tutor were the reasons the cardinal got power and kept it for so long.
    2.Aided his people.
    3.failed to back up his reforming ministers against opposition from the court and coalitions of all those threatened.
    I would give XV louis a C because he did care for his people but he did not have power and say because he wa "loved not feared".

    Id give him a B because he was loved and obayed by his people.
