    Elizabeth is adopted

    When the Frankensteins' came to visit Italy a girl named Elizabeth was adopted and became Victor Frankenstein's brother. Victor felt that because of her beauty and glory that she was his according to him. pg 34

    Frankenstein married Caroline Beaufort because he acted like a guardian and protector when Beaufort died. They became the parents of victor and Frankenstein remained a guardian to Caroline throughout the marriage as they developed a family. pg. 32

    After doing a little bit of reading Victor became interested in natural philosophy and science. The books he read were mainly by cornelius agrippa which his father told him that it was "sad trash" but he read them anyway as if to just waste his time. pg. 38

    Frankenstein sees a tree get struck by lightning

    At the age of 15 Frankenstein and his family moved to their house in Belrive where they sat through a large thunderstorm. Partially through the thunderstorm Frankenstein had seen a tree catch fire after a brief flash which he knew was lightning. This surprised him greatly to natures power. pg 40

    Frankenstein's mother dies

    Elizabeth had acquired scarlet fever and so her mother had cared for greatly not caring about the risk. After awhile her mother had obtained scarlet fever but Elizabeth had been healed. Her mother got to a terrible point, joined hands with her kids, and then died in Elizabeth's arms.pg 42-43

    Frankenstein begins school

    Frankenstein, age 17, was somewhat forced out to attend the University of Ingolstadt. When he arrived he met his professor, Mr. Krempe. Mr. Krempe asked what sciences he had recently studied and Frankenstein replied with his Albertus Magnus books and was told that he wasted a lot of time with them. That he should start a new. pg 45

    He felt like science was becoming his calling and that he had discovered more wonder in it than ever. Science to him became almost a way of life through natural philosophy and studying. pg 49

    Frankenstein became later determined to begin his work on bringing a dead, amalgamation, of human parts back to life. He worked past 3 seasons without taking many breaks. His physical aspects had shown his efforts as he appeared like he was a miner.pg 54-55

    Frankenstein had finished his monster. He first looked upon It in awe like it was beautiful but as he was scanning his creation he witnessed what he had done is not at all good.     In chapter 1 we learn how curious victor can be and we later learn how dedicated and almost obsessed he is with his projects. He enjoys his education and loves learning. His mothers death scarred him and haunts him. It's always in the back of his head

    In chapters 6-14 we observe victors beginning to include the idea that he killed William and Justine because of Justine's death on the trial because she was framed. Also because William died at the hands of the monster Victor also thinks that was his doing. We also see a growth in Victor ignoring the monsters feelings and instead listening to his story just to find out if the monster had killed William.

    The creature snuck into the cottage and stole a book. From there he applied the knowledge of learning other parts of reading and writing to the book he had found. This event is why the creature speaks the way he does and how he learned to speak in the 1st place. pg. 123

    The creature destroyed the families cottage that he learned from because he was disregarded. What gave him the idea to be destructive and maleficent even though no one has taught him how such ways? The destruction of the cottage reveals the monsters ability to be horrid and his weak mental state that makes him become angry easily. His actions reveal why William was killed so easily. pg. 130

    Victor agrees to create a companion for his creation. We see how Victor was easily motivated and manipulated by the fear his creation inflicts on him. Afterward the 2 move on in separate ways and Victor begins making the companion while the creature hides. pg 141

    Victor is traveling with Clerval while remembering he must create a 2nd monster. Clerval is enjoying the nature constantly but Victor is sitting wondering of his future and focusing on the negatives instead of enjoying the moment like his friend is. pg. 149

    Victor is traveling Europe with Henry while Victor is secretly trying to gather information for the companion monster while Henry just enjoys the nature.     Throughout the chapters we see Victor learn of his monsters ability and become more skittish and vengeful. Victor starts to lose his mental strength because he is used by his monster multiple times and even had to create a second monster that his mind could only take half of before Victor had enough which sparked the monster to seek eternal payback.

    Victor begins creating a monster for his original. Victor knows his creation is stalking him and just overall Victor can't bring himself to make a second monster and stops creating. The monster is angry and says he will see victor on his wedding night. pg. 161

    Throughout the chapters and letters we see victor have sudden bursts of vengeance where he can't focus on anything but destroying his creation. His body also gives up and he becomes mentally and physically the most ill he has become ever and he ends up dying.
