    it was the war fought between the colonies of British America and New France. The bloodiest American war in the 18th century. It was important because it ended with the Treaty of Paris.

    The new tax was imposed on all American colonists and required them to pay a tax on every piece of printed paper they used. The purpose of the tax was to help pay for troops stationed in North America after the British victory in the Seven Years' War. It is important because it played a major role in defining the grievances and enabling the organized colonial resistance that led to the American Revolution in 1775.

    British Army soldiers killed five male civilians and injured six others. The incident was heavily propagandized by leading patriots, such as Paul Revere and Samuel Adams to fuel animosity toward the British authorities. It is important because it was the key event in helping to galvanize the colonial public to the patriot cause.

    Samuel Adams and the Sons of Liberty boarded three ships in the Boston harbor and threw 342 chests of tea overboard. It is important because it was a political protest and it pushed the two sides closer to war.

    A series of laws passed by the British Parliament. They were meant to punish the Massachusetts colonist for their defiance. It is important because after that even more colonists wanted to go against Britain.

    The British army is searching for ammunition and they don't find any and they spend the rest of the day getting shot by Ameican forces. It is important because it was the first military engagements of the American Revolutionary War.

    name of a statement adopted by the Continental Congress on July 4, 1776, which announced that the thirteen American colonies,[2] then at war with Great Britain, regarded themselves as thirteen newly independent sovereign states, and no longer a part of the British Empire. It is important because it declared their independence.

    The Brtish army is trying to get to New York, American armies suround them. It is important becasue it was the most important battle of the Revolutionary War.

    Negotiated between the United States and Great Britain, ended the revolutionary war and recognized American independence. The Continental Congress named a five-member commission to negotiate a treaty–John Adams, Benjamin Franklin, John Jay, Thomas Jefferson, and Henry Laurens. It was important because it enlarged boundries.

    The Constitution of the United States is the supreme law of the United States of America.[1] The Constitution, originally comprising seven articles, delineates the national frame of government. It is important because it gave people freedom.

    The collective name for the first ten amendments to the United States constitution. Written by James Madison in response to calls from several states for greater constitutional protection for individual liberties, the Bill of Rights lists specific prohibitions on governmental power. It is important because it would place specific limits on government power.
