The Prophet Muhammad is throught to have been born around April. This is significant due to the immense role he played in the cultural change regarding the rise of Islam. His birth, however, represents continuity because Islam had yet not risen.

Muhammad goes from his birth city of Mecca to Medina. This is culturally significant becuase Muhammad would become more wellknown for preaching here, as well spreading the Islamic religion. This represents change because it changes the people's view of Islam.
