Ronaldo was born on 5 February 1985 in Madeira, a small town in Portugal. He was the youngest child of Maria Dolores dos Santos Aveiro, a cook, and José Dinis Aveiro, a municipal gardener. He was named after Ronald Reagan, who was his father's favorite actor. -
Joins a Local Club (BMM)
In 1995, Ronaldo signed with local club Nacional. The coach in the Nacional recognized Ronaldo's great talent and decides to teach him in order to let him become a great player in the future. -
Joins his first Professtional club (BMM)
After playing well for Nacional, he went on a three-days trial with Sporting LIsobon, who subsequently signed him.The scouter of the Sporting recommended the youth coach to sign Ronaldo, who seemed to have best talent on soccer that he have never seen before in his life. He played for the youth teams from 1997 - 2001. -
Makes his Professtional Debut (BMM)
After impressing in the youth team, Ronaldo joined the first team. He was just 16 years old when he joined. -
Transfer to Manchester United (Turning Point) MM

Transfer to Real Madrid (AMM)
After successful 6 years with Manchester United Ronaldo completed a transfer to a club where he always dreant to be in, Real Madrid. He joined them as the most expensive footballer in history. -
Wins first title with Real Madrid (AMM)
Ronaldo scored the one and only goal in the Copa del Rey final game vs Barcelona. He scored the the winning goal to earn himself his first trophy in a Real Madrid shirt. -

Ronaldo finally won the ballon d'Or after a 4 year dominance of Messi in world football. In that year he managed to score 69 goals and break his personal goal scoring recored.
