Rosa Parks and a white passenger where involved. She didn't move out her seat so they took her to jail and then there was a boycott. Took place on December 1, 1955 in Alabama. It changed the bus system and let anybody sit wherever they wanted. The Rosa Parks event impacted the American society because the Montgomery bus boycott introduced nonviolent protest as a method for social equality. -

RFK and Sirhan Sirhan where part of this event. In this event Robert was walking in a kitchen to try to get threw and apparently Sirhans crush was there and he tried to impress her by shooting RFK. The event took place on June 4, 1968 in Los Angeles, California. Its important because Kennedy was trying to help Isreals military politics and Sirhan didnt like it. Jimmy had two impacts the Helsinki agreement but more important the Olympic Boycott in 1980. The Olympic Boycott impacted the society because in this Olympics the U.S. did not send none of our athletes to go and compete because of the dangers there. -
