Bono and U2 helped Live Aid raise money to help with the famine in Ethiopia. During the part that U2 preformed Bono jumped of the stage and began to dance with a girl during the song "Bad" at Wembly Stadium, London. This was seen as his start to helping the world. After his time performing with Live Aid he was invited to see what the money he had helped raise do. He and his wife went to Africa. It shocked him. He was snapped into reality because of the things he saw. He then began to help. -
