The Serpent's Temptation
The serpent was the most cunning of the wild animals. It was trying to convince Adam and Eve to eat from something that God had told them they could not eat from. -
Adam and Eve eat from The Tree of Knowledge
God said you can eat any fruit that is in the tree's but you may not eat from the tree in the center of the garden,(the Tree of Knowledg.) The serpent was trying to get them to eat from eat and then did. They were punished deeply by God. -
Cain Murders Abel
Cain and Abel had both given the Lord an offering. The Lord had regard for Abel and his offering but not for Cain's. He then became jealous and furious.He then led him out to a field, where he attacked him and killed him. -
The Flood
God saw that the world that he had created was turning evil. So he called upon Moses to build an ark that will hold 2 of every living animal and his family. He washed away all the evil by making it rain for 40 days and 40 nights. -
The Birth of Isaac
The Lord came to Sarah as he had said, and the Lord did for Sarah what He had promised. Sarah became pregnant and bore a son to Abraham in his old age, at the appointed time God had told him. Abraham named his son-who was born to him-Isaac. When his son was 8 years old, Abraham circumcised him, as God had commanded him. -
The Birth of Jacob
Rebekah concieved and the children inside of her struggled with each other. She went to the Lord and asked why this was happening. He had told her she was having twins. She named them Esau(the first born) and Jacob(second born.) -
The Birth of Moses
A man from the family of Levi married a Levite woman. The woman became pregnant and gave birth to a son; when she saw that he was beautiful, she hid him for 3 months. -
The Adoption of Moses
When the Levite woman could no longer hide Moses, she got a papyrus basket for him and coated it with asphalt and pitch. She placed the child in it and set it among the reeds by the bank of the Nile. Pharoah's daugther went down to bathe and saw the basket and had one of her servant girls get it. She then opened it and saw the child crying. She felt bad and took him as her son. -
Moses and the Burning Bush
God is talking to Moses through a burning bush telling him the plan on how to get Pharoah to let the Hebrews go. -
Moses Confronts the Pharoah
Moses and his brother Aaron went in and said to the Pharoah, "this is what Yaweh, the God of Israel, says: Let my people, so that they may hold a festival for Me in the wilderness." Pharoah refused. So they told him about the plaques Yaweh would make happen if he was to refuse again. Pharoah still refused. -

10.)The killing of the first born son in every family, unless you have lambs blood on your door. -
The Passover
Every first born in every family that does not have lamb's blood on their door will die. -
The Splitting of the Red Sea
The Pharoah started marching towards the Hebrews and Moses with his army and they became very frightened. So they called upon the Lord. Then Moses said to the people "Do not fear! Stand by and see the salvation of the Lord which He will accomplish for you today; the Lord will fight for you while you keep silent." Then the Lord said to Moses," why are you crying out to me, Tell them to go forward as you lift up your staff and stretch out your hand over the sea and divide it.
