    My Life

  • Going to Daycare

When I was about 2-3 years old, I started going to Mrs. Mae's Daycare. Mrs. Mae's made a big impact on my life because I met some of my best friends there that I am still close with. Being at Mrs. Mae's every day, I became really close with Georgia, Lauren, and Chloe. We were together every day and without them I don't know what my childhood would have been like.
  • My brother being diagnosed with Crohn's disease.

When I was in the 4th grade my brother got diagnosed with Crohn's disease. About half of that school year we spent most of our time in the hospital trying to figure out why he was so sick. The doctors kept sending him home and he would get sick again and again. This made me very close with my brother and gave me a different perspective on life. It made me realize how much I really care about him.
  • Starting Volleyball

When I first started playing volleyball in the 6th grade I realized how much I love the sport. I have always loved sports but never had one that really fit me. Volleyball has helped me be more active and helped me come closer with some of my friends I have now. Volleyball has been one of my main focuses all throughout the year. It helps me set goals and be motivated to improve.
  • Starting High school

Starting High School my freshman year made a big impact on my life as I started turning into a young adult. High School really opened my eyes to learning how to be more independent when it came to school and in my personal life as well. I made new friends that are upperclassmen by being involved in sports and new classes. Freshman year I went through many lessons in my life that make me who I am today.
  • Losing my best friend

In the middle of my sophomore year of High School, me and my closest friend completely stopped talking to each other. We stopped being friends over something stupid but what happened after is what really impacted my life. I realized that they weren't a true friend because of all the things that were said after. I learned that things happen for a reason and not everyone has the best intentions in your life. This has made me be more careful with who I am friends with and keeping my circle close.
