camp has been a place where i've grown a lot in faith. i've gone for myself and learned a lot about Jesus, but i've also worked there and it's been incredible to watch others experience a moment with Jesus in such a cool place. it's so revealing of God's power through creation and through how He works in students' lives -

robin has been such a huge influence on my life. we were track teammates, but our friendship went way beyond that. she loves me for me, she challenges me to be better, and she always speaks the truth to me -

injuries & sickness
i broke my ankle, got two maybe three concussions, & mono. it was hard for me to deal with and sit out of other things that i was passionate about. -
state volleyball & track
these moments have been really exciting and helped me realize how blessed i am. they've also caused me to think about how my actions come across to people because state is a stage where so many people watch and i have had the chance to compete in a way that gives glory to God, which is a huge blessing -

the junior missions trip was a great time to connect with peers but more because i was able to see a new reality for people who aren't as fortunate financially, but still have such a joyful perspective on life -
jackson went to college
jackson played a big role in my life. we did everything together and got through a lot together. we've always been close and it was very hard for him to move across the nation.
