Jon reachs 9,200 feet
When Jon was climbing he got a terriable cough that he broke 2 ribs from coghing so hard. Sometimes Jon could only eat Ramen noodles and a hand full of peanuts. He was physically and emotionally scarred about what happened when his expadtion mates died. When jon was climbing a steelworker from Taipei named Chu Yu-Nan slipped and fell down the Lhotse Face. -

Reaches 16,200 feet
Rob Hall's last call to basecamp he told his wife to sleep well my sweetheart. One of his calls in he said he needed some oxygen. Rob was a leader in Jon Krakauers group. He was married to Jan Aronald they were about to have a baby before he died. -

Jon reached camp 4
Jon had to see one of his teammates get there had amputated. Jon reached a bottleneck when he was climbing that had a series of huge rocks. Beck weathers had to go down because he told Rob that he was having trouble seeing. Beck weathers had to get parts of his body amputated because of frostbite. -
When Jon was up on Mount Everest there was a blizzard on May,10 1996 that he just got out of.

Jon got into camp 4 and told Hutchison that Harris got into camp safely.

Reaches camps 3
Jon said the camps were big there were tents everywhere. Jon spent 4 nights at camp 2 and 2 nights at camp 3. When Jon reached the summit he took pictures with Harris and Bonkreev. Jon got off the summit pretty fast but Harris and Bonkreev stayed for a little longer. -

At 9:00 Rob Hall called into basecamp saying his oxygen tank was working now but his feet and hands had frostbite.

At 7 pm Boukree found Scott Fisher dead because of the blizzard.
