After a long and stressful semester at Johns Hopkins, Ray decides to make his first trip to Cancun, Mexico. When asked for comment about his trip, he stated "What happens in Cancun, stays in Cancun". -
Program Management Growth
Ray Javaid has continued to perform exceptionally as a Program Manager for Smartronix, Inc. He is continuing to add security engineers and analysts onto his program with the satisfaction of his customer. (Professional Objective) -
Graduation from Johns Hopkins M.S.
Ray graduates from the Technical Management program at JHU. He barely passes, but Dr. Suter feels that he's still a capable manager despite being last in his graduating class.

Completion of English translation of the Quran
Twenty years after reading the Quran in Arabic, Ray decides to read the english translation of his holy book to understand the meaning. (Personal/Spiritual objective.) -
Wedding Ceremony
Ray succombs to the pressure of his parents, and decides to get an arranged marriage. He met his wife on December 15, 2010, the day before. (Personal/Family Objective) -
Business Unit Ownership
Ray continues to work hard and impress his managers. His honest work and integrity within Smartronix has helped develop him into one of the primier managers within the company. He is promoted as "Director" of DHS programs within the company. (Professional Objective) -
House sold in Centreville, VA
After the housing market continues to plummet, Ray puts his house on the market and sells his house. Final sale price of the house was "very, very, very low". His neighbor was happy to see him go. (Personal/Financial Objective) -
Trip to Kashmir, Pakistan
Trip to Kashmir, Pakistan. This beautiful land has been a disputed territory between Pakistan and India for many decades. My whole life I have wanted to visit this land and truly understand what the whole fuss is about. (Personal/Cultural Objective) -
Sold house in Stafford
Ray sells his house in Stafford after realizing that he can actually make a profit from the sale. (Personal/Financial Objective) -

Vice President of Emerging Business
Continued success as the director of DHS programs, Ray has earned the trust and respect of the CEO/President of Smartronix. He is now promoted to VP of Emerging business, and will look over all government business. (Professional Objective) -
Begin Teaching course on Technical Management
Alton Harris gets married and resigns his post as one of the instructors of Managment of Tehnical Organizations. He chooses Ray Javaid to continue his legacy of teaching this course. (Personal/Community Objective)
