1,140,000 Communist Party Members are Expelled by Stalin, October 19, 1933
Stalin wanted complete power and wanted to eliminate anyone in his way, even if it meant the people in the same political party as him. Stalin invested that many members of the Communist Party were to be expelled from Russia due to treason. This is an important event because it shows what Stalin is capable of and what he'll do to have complete power over Russia. -

Spanish Nationalists bomb the town of Basque in Guernica due to many of the people being Communists and having it being during the Spanish Civil War. This is and important event because it shows how much the Communist and Nationalist party went through to try and annihilate each other. -
Munich Pact is Signed, September 18, 1938
The Munich Pact was a treaty between both the French and British prime ministers and Hitler to avoid the outbreak of war between each other and other countries. This is an important event because it shows that even though those countries were enemies, they came to an agreement without violence that benefits all three countries. -
