    On the morning of April 20th, 1999, Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold murdered 12 students and a teacher and also injured 21 others. The Columbine rampage was on record as one of the deadliest school shootings in United States history. It has changed security in schools by having security cameras and police officers. This tragedy has made me more aware of how I treat people at school.

    i was born on March 30,2000 at 3:16 pm. I was born at Southern Regional Hospital in Morrow, GA. My weight was 7 pounds, 12 ounces. The doctor had to deliver me by C-section. My parents were excited to have their first child.

Four differnet planes crashed in New York City,Washington, D.C, and Pennsylvania. I have personally been affected by the extra security measures when I go through an airport after 9/11.

    On June 27th, 2003 my younger sister was born. We went to the hospital at 4:30 a.m. in the morning to wait for her to be born. She was also born via C-section. She came home from the hospital 3 days later. I wish most days that I had an older brother and a baby brother instead.

    In December of 2004, an earthquake measuring 9.0 in the Indian Ocean caused the deadliest tsunami in history. Indonesia was the hardest hit country. The diaster killed over 150,000 people in 11 countries. A third of the people killed were children who couldn't escape the waves. I learned a lot about giving to others who have lost all of their things in disasters like this one.

    On November 12, 2007, my Grandmother died from cancer. She was 66 years old. She had 5 granddaughters who loved her very much. She grew up in Summerville, Georgia but lived in Fayetteville when she got married. I miss her all of the time.

    On the evening of Wednesday, October 29, 2008, I was at cheer practice when I fell from a stunt. When I got home, my parents had to take me to the hospital where I was told I had a Level 2 concussion. I missed Halloween and my competition that year. It took over a month to heal from my fall. I faced my fears and cheered again the next year.

He defeated John McCain. He cwas a Senator from the state of Illinois. My family was affected by the poor economy after he was elected.

    On Sunday, October 14, 2012, my parents told me that we were moving to Texas. They said that my mom, sister and I will finish the school year this year and then move. We will be moving near Dallas, Texas. We had to move because my dad got a new job there with a printing company. Once I heard about the news I was very sad that I had to move away from my friends.

    On Monday, October 29, 2012, a powerful hurricane hit the East Coast of America. Hurricane Sandy damaged areas in at least 9 states with New York and New Jersey having the most damage. At least 110 people were killed in the United States from the superstorm. Many people died from fires, falling trees and car crashes from the hurricane. We have family and friends who live in the affected areas, but are all o.k.
