When constructing my music I set up a blog in order to record my coursework.I learnt that by using blogger i am able to friend people in my class so is i had any trouble with anything i would look at their blogs for help or even insperation. -
Survey monkey
When i began my market research for my music magazine i found that sending questionairs electronically would easer to distribute out to people however they wouldn't answer each question in deatail or they wouldn't take it seriously.I found that interview or even handing them out in person was more affective because if they got stuck on a question you could help them rather then just skipping the question entirely. -
Voice recordings
I used this technology when taking my interviews of my target audence.I learnt through using this method I was able to directly target my demographic and find out their intrests.I found that it was the most effective way of finding out what my audence wanted from a magazine.The information that gained from the interviews i implemented throught my production.For example it helped me find our thieir favourate rock magazine and then I tryed to use it as guidence to make my magazine. -

I used this sofwear to create my flat plans, i was not familier with this program however I found it fearly easy to to use.It allowed to make my flat plans alot more presentable and neat.It also made it easyer to to desinge it on the computer rather then drawing it.It gave me a visuale image of what was in my mind. -
Digital SLR camera
When taking my images I didn't know wat settings to use as I wanted to capture every moment, Ifound it difficalt consider shot types I was looking for how to captuer an image with the light refflecting perfectely. After repeating my photoshoot four times i began to get the hang of working the camera.I learnt how to zoom how so use verious setting such as the shutter speed. -
Adobe Photoshop
Using photoshop was particularly a challenge for me as I was not familiar with the softwear.However through the construction I gained many skills such as stripping the background using the lasso tool or changing the color of my image, making an image black and white or even remove blemishes.After a while I began to find myself getting to know the basics, making production alot faster. -
DA Front
I used this program to create my masthead i found that it gave me exactly what i was looking for which was gothic typography.The only problem i had with this site was that once i found my font you had to doownload the font and i had troubble doing so.So i found it much easier to printscreen it then crop it the use the majic wand in photoshop to take off any excess bits. -
Animoto
This was one of my favouiret softwear as it was one of the most creative one.It allowed me a unique way of presenting my work. As it allowed me to put music ontop of my work.What i have learnt from using animoto was that the use of music was an interesting way to present my work. -
Prezi
I used prezi for my evaluation i found that i favored it alot more then i did powerpoint as it was lot more of a creative aproche.It is easy to use but the only problem i had with it is that didn't whether it was possiable to add hyperlinks in a prezi document. -
Windows movie maker
I found this allitle challenginging to use as i have never used it before.From using the softwear i have learnt to play the music over the work i have also learnt how to condence it and change the order of the slides. -
Voice thread
This allowed my to present my work in a diffrent,creative and yet interesting way.I learnt a diffrent way to interact with my audience as it allows you while your talking to highlight,point,circle etc to keep your audience engaged. -
Timetost
I used this to compleat my evaluation question.I had some dificulties with it manly where to possition my work as this sortwear is usally used for historical timelines.I learnt that it diffrent way to present my eveluation question. -
Slideshare
I first time iused this program when I was compleating my reseach and planning.It allowed me to uplode my powerpoint persentation and it converts to a web page where then can pickup the embeded quote and uplode to your blog.In the most uncomplicated and simplistic manor.
