    Youtube was founded on February 15, 2005 by three former PayPal employees. It is possible to use content such as lecture videos in education by uploading them to the system in the form of videos.

    It started in 2006 when an idea was pitched. They thought about how they could benefit from bringing Google to schools. Currently, 80 million educators and students around the world are using it. (Vamvakitis, 2019)
