Technology Plan Proposal or Approval. Leadership announces Technology Planning Team. Outlines the steps and phases of the plan. Discusses short-term and long-term impacts. SWOT Analysis begins shortly hereafter. -
Vision Statement Evaluation
Vision Statement and Mission Statement begin to be examined for update to incorporate pending technology plan. -
Hardware, Software, & Facility Resources
School will begin the technology overhaul (New Lab, K-1 increase to two labs) -
Mission Statement Update
Mission Statement and Vision Statement echo technology plan goals and objectives. Technology Implementation Team has completed Step 1. -
SWOT Analysis
SWOT Analysis begins and data collected begins to be processed. -
Goals & Objectives
Goals & Objectives have been set. Securing and allocating funding begins. -
Goal 1: Increase Student Achievment
TIP team will begin to measure and assess the use of technology throughout the school. ScootPad has been utilized extensively throughout the school and numbers should be higher than last year. -
Goal 2: Professional Development
Most staff has completed training in software and hardware updates in their classrooms. -

95% of staff is familiar with new technologies introduced and shift is now translating it into 21st century skills for students. -
Goal 3: Evaluate Instructional Strategies
TIP team will review technology use data, test score data, (Gains and losses) against the instructional strategies employed in the classroom and will begin to draft teaching model that incorporates technology. -
Technology Integrated Instruction Conference
During pre-year planning the school will shift towards more authentic learning as it is true measure that captures technology use. -
Goal 4: Ensure Students Achieve More
Stated goal of the school is the philosophy that we ensure that students achieve more through opportunties provided with technology. -
Outcome Assessment Phase
TIP team begin to analyze and evaluate technology use and data to report on whether Goal Outcomes are being met.
