    Period of large technological advancements and manufacturing processes made in Europe and the US. It lead to new job opportunities, increased production speed, and transportation of raw materials.

    The Declaration of Independence stated the goals for our nation and the complaints against the British King. The colonists also gave rules why they wanted to be free from the British rule. It was basically an abridgment of the colonists' motive for getting back independence.

    The American revolt against Great Britain for independence. The revolt started in 1765 and ended in 1783. In the end, the colonies were recognized as individualistic. The American revolution was a sign-off giving them their rights to freedom.

    It formed fundamental laws, promised certain rights for citizens, and it created a national government with 3 different branches. It gave each branch an equally amount of power to make sure not one of them had too much than the others. It gave the citizens the freedom of speech and other right to benefit them. This is important because it gave the people a opportunity to have a voice.

    The Louisiana Purchase was written because it gave the United States around 828,000 square miles of region from France, doubling it from the size of the young republic. By that matter, it gave the United States an advantage of more power for farming and natural resources. This is important because it helped spread across the mainland (continent), and it also assisted us on discovering California, New Mexico, Texas, and other states.

    The Era of the Common Man was basically the beginning of Andrew Jackson's term as president. He gave government jobs to the common men instead of giving it to the wealthy and rich.This is important because he gave the chance for others to have a high beneficial job to his kind, lacking class.

    The Treaty also gave the United States an extra territory of 525,000 square miles, which can now be specified as Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming. It's important because it determined global and national antiquities of Mexico and the United States.

    The Battle of Gettysburg was battle that lasted three days and around 50,000 and more men ended up in fatalities, also making it the most bloodiest conflict of the American Civil War. This is important because when Robert E. Lee invaded the North (failed), Union General Ulysses S. Grant won the victory.

    The Breakup of Northern Securities was when President Theodore Roosevelt broke up the holding company which was an unlawful combination reserving in control of business. This is important because the Court ruled 5 to 4 and established a monopoly to dismiss the Northern Securities Company.

    The Sinking of the Lusitania was an event that occurred when the German submarines torpedoed and sank a United Kingdom ship. 1,198 of the crew drowned, also with 128 Americans. This is important because the passing of many innocent members were all caused by Germany and that is when it ultimately turned the movement in favor of the allies.

    The second global war that started in 1939 and ended in 1945. The worlds freedom was at stake since Hitler wanted the whole world to be under German control. There was an estimated 70-85 Million deaths during WW2

    The Atomic Bombing occurred when the Americans dropped the Atomic Bomb on Hiroshima which annihilated about 90% of the city and killed around 80,000 citizens, and more would die later due to radiation exposure. This is important because I personally don't think it's fair that innocent people have to die in order to the the response Americans wanted.

    United States Senator Joseph McCarthy had accused many individuals of the US Army of supporting communism, which turned on McCarthy and started the beginning of the end of McCarthyism

    On 9/11/01 There were 4 American planes that were hijacked by terrorists, and used in a kamikaze fashion to be crashed into the Twin Towers, the Pentagon, and almost the White House.
