Week 1 Goals
During my first week of internship at Pure Storage, my biggest goal is to become fully acquainted with my role, the culture, the company and the people I will be working closely with. -

2 Month Assimilation Period
This is the time that I want to take to adapt to the culture of Pure Storage, familiarize myself with my role and duties, get aquainted with my team and people throughout the company, establish myself professionally, prove to be an insatiable, relentless, dependable, and productive asset to the team and company. team and to the company. -
Week 2 Goals
This was the Week of our Bi-Anual 2015 Sales Kick Off. It was unexpected and a really huge event where every Pure Storage employee fromaround the world comes to our HQ and we celebrate and deliver our news and goal of how to make our company successful, and what are plans are for the upcoming year. This was a great networking event where I met a lot of people and they remembered me from a video that I starred in. -
Week 3 Goals
I was able to shadow a team member and see the New Hire desk setup is done. I completed 3 new hire set ups and plan on continuing to learn how to perfect the process. -
Week 5
During Week 5, I want to check in with my Manager and discuss my progress, receive feedback, and give my input or feedback to him as well. Scheduled meeting with my manager and point of contact to lay out further responsibilities and define my ambiguous role as an IT Helpdesk member and IT Operations role. -
Week 6 Goals
Picking up the pace with tickets, creating surveys to add or improve processes here, getting more access to admin rights and getting to have my own accounts for our inventory sites and New Hire Onboarding services. -
Week 8 Goals
For Week 8 of my internship, I want to grow my network outside of Pure Storage. I want to frequently meet up with my mentors and notify them of my progress. I also want to go beyond just the typical mentor/mentee relationship. I really enjoyed meeting with my mentor Jade, so I want to develop a closer relationship with her. Also, meeting with Elyse has been great and I want to continue strong communication and inform her of what I am up to, what my progress is, and what my plans are. -

Month 3 Goals
Continue perosnal growth & develop my PM & tech skills. Involve myself in more projects, and to build my technical skills, I will shadow and take notes on whatever I learn moving forward. -

Month 4 Goals
Based on the progress I have made, I want to start the conversation with my boss on my future at the company and on the team. I also want to write manuals and how to guides on everything I've learned and taken notes on for future interns or new employees. -
Learn the Productivity Services
With more softwares and companies that we integrate into our workday, I want to be responsible for full projects such as inventory, and upgrading our Windows 7 Pro users, to Windows 7 Enterprise (which is a huge project). -

Month 5 Goals
Regardless if I stay or leave, this is the time that I want to begin my job search in different departments or at other companies. I want to focus on networking and growing my connections to see where I'd like to go next. -

Month 6 Goals
This is where I will prepare for graduation and continue to update and solidify my resume to be a strong candidate in the job search experience. I will reach out to my network and see if there is any place or position that would be a good fit for me. -

Month 7 Goals
During this time,I will start enrolling in college and plan for my future. I want to receive my AA, but also work full time. I will definitely explore my options and update this timeline and my resume throughout the next year. -

By this time I want to have a set shedule and continue to advance myself technically while learning and beginning to look fora place to move out or look into buying a car and build my credit.
