  • Meeting My Dad's Side Of The Family For The First Time

  • Joining the GATE program

I've been in the GATE program since elementary and it's helped me a lot. I like to be challenged in whatever I do and can actually speak in front of my class because of my teachers in this program.
  • Starting Track and Volleyball

I've always had a passion for running and playing volleyball. These two sports have helped me out both physically and mentally. I have become a very competitive person and have won a couple of medals. They help me stay consistent with my grades and I've been playing/competing since fifth grade.
  • My Little Sister Was Born

She can be very annoying sometimes, but she has changed my life completely in an great way ever since she was born
  • Moving Schools

I went to Stine Elementary throughout most of elementary until sixth grade and I was very timid and shy before, so I was scared out of my mind to go to a different school. It helped me become a more social and open person which I'm glad about
  • Meeting My Best friend

I met my best friend when I moved schools sixth grade year. I was shy and wouldn't talk to anyone and she came up to me and ever since then no one can manage to pull us apart. She's a very significant part of my life
  • Riding a Quad at Pismo

I went camping at pismo beach with my family from San Jose and we rented some quads. We went on the dunes and me and my cousins were riding from morning till night. It was really fun and exciting.
  • My Quince

It was basically my first and only birthday party and it was a wonderful day overall
  • Grandparents Last Visit

My grandparent came from Mexico for my quince and it really opened up my eyes. I realized I can’t take the time I get with my loved ones for granted. My grandpa is in the last stage of his cancer and saying goodbye to him was the most difficult thing I’ve done because I don’t know if I’ll be able to see him again.
