Leda and the Swan
The picture is known as the Leda and the Swan, it is fairly certain that the origin of the paiting is gone and most likely completely destroyed and was last in Frence Royal, Chateau de Fontainebleau. It is depicated nude where leda is cuddling the Swan and two sets of infant twins, and there broken egg shells.
