Baldassare Castiglione was born in Casatico, Mantua, Italy. In the end of the renaissance, the Catholic Church is the only church, which is lead by a Pope in Rome. Later on, the church was corrupt and many reforms were attempted but failed. Martain Luther, a German priest place the Protestant Reform. There were protest against the Catholic Church practices. After the protests, Luther's Reformation discussed the concerns about the Church practices.
