    Formulate plans to present findings & solicit feedback/input from grade-level PLC teams. Determine S.M.A.R.T. goal for 8th grade PLC team: reduce the number of students on the 8th grade D/F list by at least 5% by the end of 2 nd quarter and at least 10% by the end of 3 rd quarter.

  • Compile & analyze MASK attendance data, at-risk student academic referrals to date, and current grades w/ 8th PLC Data Team
