  • The first time I broke my arm

The first time I broke my arm
I was at the babysitters house when I was playing with her son. We were jumping from chair to chair playing the floor is lava, when he suddenly snagged the last chair out of the way when I jumped. I landed on the floor directly on top of my left arm when all of a sudden I felt incredibly dizzy and sick. I only remember knocking out on the coach and waking up in the hospital. This is important to me because it made me realize that we aren't invincible and need to take care of ourselves.
  • My time playing on a soccer team

My time playing on a soccer team
When I used to play for AYSO at Mount Kisco, it gave me my sense of competition and my desire to win. Which is why I consider it so important. This was also good for my "character development" as it also taught me how to lose.
  • Graduating Elementary

    Graduating Elementary
Once I graduated, it gave me the sense of maturity. I also cried alot that day, I was gonna miss my teachers and my friends alot. I remember this day simply because it taught me to appreciate those who work in the education workforce more.
  • Graduating middle school

    Graduating middle school
I remember the day I graduated I was disappointed because quarantine was still in place so we didnt get a proper graduation. I didn't like how all we did was go pick up my diploma from the school in the car, I remember wanting a whole ceremony and celebration. But it helped me realize that not everything is a fairy tale.
  • Period: to

Entering freshman year and dealing with COVID

When I first went into high school I was nervous to meet new people, and it isolated me alot as COVID was a huge time of isolation and loneliness. It made me more antisocial which only increased my reason to be antisocial. But it was still a good year.
  • First time starting to work out

First time starting to work out
My first time starting to work out changed me a lot. I wanted to start working out because I wanted to change the way I looked and feel confident with how I looked. But I didnt realize how disciplined and concentrated I became with everything the more I worked out.
  • My first time starting boxing

    My first time starting boxing
The first time I started boxing, I had went simply to comply with one of my ex girlfriends as she was nagging me to go. The boxing coach was super intimidating which was why I always hesitated. I don't regret walking into the class, as boxing has increased how disciplined I am and I have met new people with interesting back stories. Despite me and my ex no longer being together, we both make sure our internal affairs dont affect the vibe or energy of the class
  • Moving schools

    Moving schools
Once my parents told me that we were going to move, my stomach sank as I was scared of starting completely fresh and leaving all of my friends behind. I was completely scared of how the people at my new school would treat me and interpret who I was. I only knew my brother and we both stuck together until we met people, and got new friends.
  • When I officially started dating my girlfriend

When I officially started dating my girlfriend
The day I asked her out was one that I was scared of but highly anticipated. I was still scared of rejection but wouldnt freak out if she did, and when I asked her out and she said yes. I remember how she embraced me and hugged me so tightly. 1 year and 3 months together.
  • The day I started getting better grades

The day I started getting better grades
This day was very important to me as I started getting all of my things together and decided to take my education more seriously. This has helped me not only in school but overall life as I completely stopped procrastinating.
