Strive to have on or more pilot teachers at each site in an effort to spread the culture. -
Implement Coding Mentor Program
Set up structures where teachers can train each other on coding and share ideas. This might include a mentor support group as well. -
Lather, rinse, repeat
Continue all preceding steps, focusing on helping teachers from their current attitudes and experience levels.
