    The Haitian Revolution

    The Haitian revolution started when the African slaves were being treated brutally, so they rose up against their masters. The social class that participated in the revolution was the slaves.Their leader was a man by the name of Toussaint L'Ouverture. The Haitian revolution started in August of 1791. The European country they fought against was France. The revolution was a success because they were the first black colony to become free of European control.

    The Mexican Revolution started because, A priest believed in enlightenment ideas. Meaning he believed in peace and fairness.The Natives and Mestizos were in the revolution.Jose Maria Morelos was the leader of the revolution. They fought Spain. Although they tried their best the revolution was not a success due to the fact that the revolutions leader Jose Maria Morelos was killed by a Creole officer.

    The revolution started when Simon bolivar and Jose de San Martin said that they would both decide the future of the latian american revolutionary movement. The Creoles were in the revolution. Their leaders were Simon Bolivar and Jose De San Martin. They fought against Spain. The revolution was successful because all of the future South America countries were united into one country called Gran Columbia.

    The king of Portugal left his son there. His son then became leader. Later he declared their independence. The Creoles fought in the revolution. Their leader was Dom Pedro. They fought against Portugal. The revolution was successful because they declared independence in 1822.
