    When Joseph stalin was a teenager he got a scholarship to attend a seminary in a city called Tblisi. He attended it and there he studied to be a priest in the Georgian Orthodox Church. This made for a peaceful trade. This is a significant event because it made trade more easy and peaceful which was very important because they used trade all the time so it had to be easy.

    On February 9, 1946 Joseph Stalin announced the first postwar Five-Year plan. He told the people of his weary nation and he also said that they could not expect real prosperity until they had three or more five year plans. During this period of time he had to produce a lot of coal which didn't seem possible. This is important because it was the first postwar plan so they relied on it.
