    creates the first tetrarchy to make ruling easier important because the empire is split and never reunites. thus possibly causing the fall of the empire.

    once Consantine wins the battle against Maxentius, he claims that Christ helped him win. so he becomes a devout christian, and th rest of rome is converted. this is important becuase it replaces Roman Culture.
