In 1893 at the age of 24 Gandhi accepted a job in South Africa to practice the law, under a one year contract. -
Gandhi is thrown of a Train
Gandhi had bought a first class ticket to travel on a train in advance. But when ever he arrived and had gotten all settled in a train attendent had noticed that there was an african american in the first class setting. He did not like that so he went up to Gandhi and told him to move to third class to sit due to his skin color. But he said no, with a purshased first class ticet in hand, and was pussed/ thrown off of the train. -
Gandhi Chooses
Later that day Gandhi had to decide between staying in India and between following God and his path for Gandhi. He chose to stay in India. -
Fought for rights
Gandhi stayed for 21 years fighting for rights of Inians in South Arfica. -

Gandhi returned to india and receved support from other leaders. He also returned with over 800 free indians. -

Gandhi helped enroll 1,100 indians. He also organized an Indian Ambulance Corps for British. -

He returned back to india to be with his family. He traveled large areas in India and opened law office in Bobay. -

Gandhi had to return to South Africa. During the request of India. -
Creating a new way of life
Gandhi is now beginging a life of considerible discipline and self-resistant. He also changed his diet habits, he was his own docter. -
Trials
After taking many trials of rejecting untouchability. Gandhi became invincible to the South Arfican government. -
Attacked
after being released form jail Gandhi got attacked and wounded by people who thought he was in the wrong. -
Jail
Gandhi had to go to trial, and ended up being put in jail for two months. He ended up being released after a compromise with the general. -
Against disequality
Gandhi helped campain against invalidation of marriges not being celebrated because of some Christian rights. -
One meal
He went off of one meal for more than four months. Because of a moral lapse of two of his members. -
Africa gone forever
Left Africa forever, going form Cape town to London. Just arriving at the begining of WW1. -
Gave a speech
Gandhi gave a speach at an opening of hindu Univirsity at Benares -
Lead a strike
He helped lead a strike of mill workerd at Ahmedabad. A mill owner agreed to settle a dispute after the three day fast. -
Stoped Rioting
GAndhi Visisted Dehli to stop rioting. They visited camps of refugees, Hindus and the Sikhis. -
Bomb
A bomb exploded while in the time of a prayer meeting. It was at the house of Birla, in Dehli -
Assinated
Gandhi was at the Birla house by the Nathuram Vinyak Godse. He was shot and died saying "Oh god" like he said he would. Later the person that assinated Gandhi was taken to jail and ended up being hung.
