colombus discovered a new world without knowing it, he thought he had made it to india. He brought back gold and more goods. when he landed, it was in the bahamas and was the first landin. He started spanish exploring in north america because of the riches he found.

Cortes

Cortes conqured the aztecs and brought back 6 million dallors worth of gold and by 1520 brought back tons of gold.

Pineda

Pineda was the first to map the gulf coast from florida to texas.

De Vaca

De vaca started at florida, what they were going to is sail to florid, get dropped of walk a little and get picked back up and so on and so on. When the Ship got to the next stop De vaxca wasnt there so the ship left thinking De Vaca died. De vaca got to the dock and the ships werent there so De vaca just kept walking.
