Andres Banuelos Comes into the World
I was born at Banner Hospital in Mesa, Arizona at 6:00 in the evening. My mother had been in the hospital for a week before I was born because the doctors felt that I wasn't ready to come into this world just yet. I was what you call a "premie" and weighed less than 5 pounds. -
First Day of School
I was very nervous and I wanted to cry but my teachers at Sanborne helped me alot. The best part of school for me was lunch because I really liked the food. I attended Sanborne through the second grade. -
Moved to Brisas Elementry School
I moved to Brisas when I was in the second grade because of family issues. My teacher was very nice and tried to make me feel comfortable and welcomed. I met alot of new people who turned out to be some of my best friends, -
Aprende Middle School
I moved on from elementary school to middle school and became a Jaguar. My favorite staff person was Officer O.G., he was a cool man. It was a stuggle for me, at first, because I had to change classes every hour. -
Promotion from Aprende!
I was very happy to move on from middle school but I was kind of sad to leave some of my friends. I was very happy to see all of my family there to support me.. I had a great time celebrating my promotion. -
Corona Del Sol High School
As I enterd high school, I was very nervous and didn't know what to expect. It was hard me for to get to know how to get around and meet new people. Making the baseball team made me feel more confortable. -
My Sister's Graduation
My dad and I drove to Cedar City, Utah for my older sister's graduation frrom Southern Utah University (SUU). My parents were so proud of my sister and so was I. SUU is a beautiful campus surrounded by green rolling hills and snowy mountains. -
Trip to California
My mother surprised me with a special trip to California when I was 14 years old. With friends and family, we stayed over night at the beach. This was my first time camping out at the beach and riding a quad. We had a great time! -
Driving for the First Time
I was very nervous to be on the road. As I became more confortable, the driving lessons became easier even though my instructor (Nana) is a pain! I haven't had any accidents so it's all good. -
Disneyland for the First Time
It was alot of fun spending time with my family at Disneyland. The rides were awesome and so was the weather. It took the whole day to experience Disenyland but it was worth it!
