School Starts
Team begins initial implementation of new apprroaches using performance assessment as a guide. -
Identifying Good First Starts
Principal and Technical Assistance Provider conduct initital walkthrough using Performance Assessment. Recognize and celebrate good first stops. -
Implementation Team Meeting
Principal, participants, coaches and TA providers meet to analyze implmentation data from pefromance assessments collected during walkthroughs. Celebrate successes. Strategize way to clear barriers. Plan next steps in professional development and coaching.
