Extreme nationalism is having extreme pride for your nation and being willing to do anything for your country. This connects to the roman empire because the legions of Rome would do anything to protect their nation. The legions would also only do actions that would make their nation proud and they would do whatever it takes to help their nation expand. -
Nazi Germany
The rise of Nazi Germany happened making their new leader Hitler. With Hitler in power, the people in Germany started to believe that they were superior to all others. Due to the whole nation felling this way nationalism spread through out the national. People that were different were seen to them as inferior. -
Concentration Camps
The inferior people were then sent to the concentration camps in Poland. All people that opposed the Nazi party were sent their but for the most parts Jewish people were sent there. Nazi Germany was one of the few nations that used these concentration camps. -
Auschwitz
Auschwitz was one of the worst concentration camps ever. It was set up for one reason which was just for the mass extermination of Jews. The Nazi party of Gernany were such extreme nationlists that went out of their way and kill everyone that opposed them.
